Current Research

I am coming to NYU from Northwestern University where I studied anthropology, Earth science, and music.  My fieldwork has so far taken me from the Yucatan Peninsula and the western U.S. to South Africa and Tanzania.  Originally from Colorado, I love to hike, bike, and ski.
