Arabic Collections Online update: highlighting PDF downloads

Announcing a multi-part win for DLTS: the highlighting of PDF downloads on the ACO site. You can see the revised interface here:

http://dlib.nyu.edu/aco/

To support this functionality, we:

* Created a dedicated server to serve the PDFs
* Updated the book viewer to promote the PDF links and include file sizes
* Updated the ACO site to offer PDF downloads directly from the home, browse, and search pages, and included file sizes everywhere
* Modified the look and feel to reflect our social media iconography
* Also changed the ACO design to remove book covers from browse and search pages, to alleviate load on our image server
* Continued development of an API-based book publication workflow for more efficient updates

Thanks to Claudia, Laura, Joe, Kate, and Alberto for their hard work.

    1. We have mostly completed the work to digitize the works we have. We are currently evaluating options for books to add to the collection.
