Today, we successfully upgraded the software on the device that powers Research Workspace as well as HPC Archive. This upgrade was the culmination of months of work, which included relationship building and coordination among different groups and strong communication with our customers. It also included work on the backups for the device, including content backups and configuration backups as well.
We thank our colleagues on the Storage team for their work on today’s upgrade, and the months of work that led up to it.
