Fales Brit copy 1 inscribed: ‘Eliza Giffard Nerquis Flintshire’ on front pastedowns and title pages of volumes 2 and 3. Inscribed ‘Eliza Giffard Nerquis’ on title page of volume 1. Fales Brit copy 1 has bookplate: Maxwell of Polloc. In publishers’ original drab boards with paper labels and ms. writing at head of spines on all three volumes with title and volume numbers in Giffard’s hand.
