Sandhya Bhagat is passionate about Hindi Language and Theater, from an early age. She writes poems, stories and play scripts. She has volunteered and taught at Delhi Based BLIND Relief Association for more than 15 years. She worked for 8 years at Atlanta based community School ‘Bal vihar”   (1997-2005) as Volunteer teacher. She is Founder Director of Atlanta based Hindi Theater Group Dhoop Chaoon’ (Sun light shade). She is part of coordinated Hindi day and International Hindi day celebration with the consulate since 2016 in Atlanta. She is also one of the founders of ‘Hindi-Urdu Sanjhe Bol’ poetry Group Atlanta(since 2007). She started Hindi School ‘Natkhat Rangshala”(2009). She has taught in  20 organized by STARTALK camps for Hindi Language in Atlanta, Delaware, Philadelphia, Franklin and online (in 2021). She has contributed to the production of some short films  and web series in Atlanta.
