- NYU IT Website: NYU IT’s website is your go-to for IT service information, including locations, tech support, IT security, and more. You can also browse a list of IT services aimed at students, faculty, and staff.
- NYU ServiceLink: NYU ServiceLink enables you to search an extensive knowledge base for answers to IT service questions and, if needed, submit a request to the IT Service Desk for additional assistance.
- IT Service Desk: Whether you’re in New York, Abu Dhabi, Shanghai, or spending a semester at a global academic center, the IT Service Desk is available 24×7 to help answer your technology-related questions.
- IT Service Status: The NYU IT Service Status page displays current and future system maintenance and alerts that may impact one or more IT services. The web page and email lists report the timeframe, affected systems, locations (if applicable), and type of impact the maintenance will have.
News and Community
