Help us keep up with projects and research across NYU
Working on an interesting project that makes use of technology or computer networking? Employing an IT service in a novel way to advance teaching and learning? Know of an interesting upcoming event? NYU is a large organization, and Connect is always looking for contributors and submission ideas. If you’re interested in writing an article for Connect, or if you have an idea for a topic you’d like to see us cover, please submit it using the form below.
Some guidelines to keep in mind:
- Length: Article length is flexible. Feature articles are generally 1,500-2,500 words; column articles are generally 600-2,000 words. News & Events announcements can be as short as a few sentences or as long as a paragraph.
- Subject matter: Article should be related to the use of IT and computing resources in pursuit of education and research.
- Timeliness and timelessness: When thinking about a topic, consider both its timeliness and its timelessness.
- Audience: Connect’s primary audience is the NYU community and the communities at our peer institutions. However, it is a public site, so a article could be read by anyone.
