PCCE Welcomes Two Members to its Board of Advisors

The NYU School of Law Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement (PCCE) is delighted to announce that Courtney Colligan and Marshall Miller have joined PCCE’s Board of Advisors. Ms. Colligan is joining the Board for the first time and Mr. Miller is rejoining after having served in a senior leadership position at the U.S. Department of Justice.

Courtney Colligan

Courtney Colligan is a Senior Vice President and Group Chief Compliance Officer, North America, at News Corp, a global media and information services company.  Courtney oversees the compliance programs for most of News Corp’s North America-based businesses, which create and distribute content and other products and services under brands including, in the US, The Wall Street Journal, Barrons, Dow Jones, HarperCollins Publishers, Realtor.com and The New York Post. Prior to joining News Corp, Courtney was a litigator at Hogan Lovells in New York, focusing on investigations, consumer and financial services litigation, products liability class actions, white collar criminal defense and other commercial disputes. She received her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

Marshall Miller

Marshall L. Miller is a partner at Hecker Fink LLP.  He rejoined the firm after serving as the Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General of the United States from June 2022 through December 2024. Marshall has particular experience and expertise in financial, accounting, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, international enforcement, national security, and data security and privacy matters, as well as extensive experience trying cases to verdict.  Marshall previously taught at New York University (NYU) Law School as an Assistant Professor and an Adjunct Clinical Professor, co-founded the EDNY’s Federal Criminal Prosecution Clinic, and taught National Security Law at Fordham University. He also served as the Chair of the White Collar Crime Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Marshall is a graduate of Yale Law School and Yale College. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Allyne R. Ross of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

The PCCE Board of Advisors is comprised of experts with diverse backgrounds who advise PCCE’s leadership team on the most pressing and substantive policy issues in the area of compliance and enforcement. The Board of Advisors acts in an advisory capacity only and does not directly oversee the activities of PCCE.  All members of the Board of Advisors serve in their individual capacity.
