Cookbooks are always a great gift for the chef in your life. Look for collections of recipes that focus on local ingredients or on vegetarian and vegan cooking.

What to do with all of those fantastic leftovers made from local ingredients? Purchase glass storage bowls with lids. Glass bowls last longer than traditional plastic Tupperware and can be safely microwaved and cleaned in the dishwasher. We all know how much professors dislike computers in class (at least from our experience) so help friends avoid those awkward exchanges by giving them a notebook! Decomposition books are made of 100% recycled material and use soy ink.
