SYNOPSIS: Griffin Nafly is the most ambitious playwright of his generation. He’s also fourteen-years-old, still living with his parents in the bland suburb of Whitewood. But when Griffin forms a surprise summer friendship with moody twenty-five-year-old handyman Brad, his life (and play) will never be the same.

Nicholas Colia is a Brooklyn based filmmaker who received his MFA from NYU Graduate Film School where he was the recipient of the Martin Scorsese and Maurice Kanbar Scholarships. His short films include Alex and the Handyman (National Board of Review Student Grant, 1st Place King Award for Graduate Films at NYU’s Wasserman Awards) and Untitled Short Film About White People (Audience Award for Best Student Short, Palm Springs Shortfest).
