Berlin
In Berlin, Gallatin Global Fellows in Urban Practice have been embedded in university think tanks, cultural institutions, and grassroots organizations, working toward transnational concepts of environmental justice, participatory land use planning, and LGBTQ rights. With its extensive and easy-to-use transportation network, commitment to environmental sustainability, and celebrated place in the cultural and artistic vanguard, Berlin is and continues to be a city rich with research possibilities.
