Send a Print Job to an NYU Print Station via Email

The NYU Print Service makes printing quick and easy at various locations across NYU. With many printers around New York as well as NYU’s global sites, you can print on the run and still be on time. And yes! There are printers available at locations other than Bobst Library! Find out the most popular method used to make the most of this service.
Fast and Easy Printing with MobilePrint
If you are in New York, MobilePrint is the easiest way to print on campus. Using your NYU Email, send the document you want to print in black-and-white to mobileprint@nyu.edu or to mobileprint+color@nyu.edu for color.
- Emailing a document adds it to your queue. To print, tap your NYUCard at any NYU Print Station.
- By default, documents printed with MobilePrint are double-sided.
If you are not in New York or want to specify print settings other than the defaults, you can use My Print Center.
Cost to Print
- Each student receives a $50 print grant for the fall and spring semesters and $25 for the summer and winter terms.
- Faculty and staff receive a $5 print grant per term.
- Black-and-white prints cost 10¢ per sheet; color prints cost 75¢ per page.
Where to Print
- To avoid the lines at Bobst Library, pick any location from the NYU Print Stations list, or print in your residence hall.
