I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington and have lived in the greater Seattle area my entire life. I studied Biochemistry at University of Washington and was a member of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity at UW. After graduating, I became certified as an EMT-B and was hired at Tri-Med Ambulance, where I worked with several different fire departments in South Seattle. I became interested in bioethics after taking an intro course as an undergraduate and hope to eventually attend medical school to pursue a career in sports medicine.
