Eliana Horn is PhD candidate from Monash University where she is writing her thesis on social justice promoting virtual reality. She focuses particularly on the types of knowledge claims which may be imparted by these types of simulations, and what bearing acquiring these claims may have on a variety of normative charges which have been brought against the technology as a whole. Eliana is currently a research assistant where she is examining argumentation theory, and has tutored for a variety of philosophy courses throughout her candidacy. Prior to her candidacy, Eliana taught high school philosophy and developed curriculum for The Victorian Association of Philosophy in Schools.
