Unlocking the Power of AI in HR

NYU School of Professional Studies and Crain’s New York Business have partnered up to bring human resources professionals a webinar addressing critical AI topics, such as the transformative impact of AI in HR, using AI to achieve goals and navigating AI regulations and challenges.
This session will provide an introduction to generative AI basics in Human Resources processes including recruiting, training, and coaching. In addition, a deeper lens of utilizing AI tools within current regulations and challenges specific to NYC/NYS to improve DEI goals will be discussed, with guest speakers providing case studies of successful firms that have improved DEI outcomes. The session will conclude with a live Q&A session.
