Bio:
I completed my BSc in 2012 at the University of Toronto then studied further at UofT/Michener Institute to become a licensed Radiological Technologist (CT and X-ray) in 2016. Since then I have been working at a trauma centre/tertiary care hospital in Toronto, Ontario. After working for a few years in health care I am looking forward to enriching and enhancing my knowledge and skills in Bioethics studies at NYU, a pursuit and an adventure that interests me rather than making a decision based solely on what appears to be good for my career, a pattern previously seen in my life decisions. I was born in South Korea and I live for indie coffee shops, festivals and travelling on a whim.
Volunteer Experience:
Medical Mission Volunteer – Haiti and Bolivia
Volunteer Interpreter – Yeungnam Hospital, South Korea
