All accepted students are required to attend a Logistics Orientation. These sessions are held virtually and cover general study abroad logistics, finances, housing, travel arrangements, and more so that you can make an informed decision regarding your participation. Each session will cover the same material, so you only need to attend one of the available sessions.
Please register for a logistics orientation session by choosing ONE of the dates and times below. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for that session.

- Tuesday, November 5 @ 2:00 pm EST
- Friday, November 8 @ 12:00 PM EST
- Monday, November 11 @ 9:30 AM EST
Note: You must be logged into your application status portal page (Current NYU Students | Visiting Students) to register for the above events. Otherwise, you will receive an error message when registering.
If you cannot attend any of the sessions listed above, don’t worry, as we will be adding more sessions to this page on a weekly basis. Keep checking this page for the next available session you can attend and RSVP.
