Congratulations on your acceptance to one of our short-term study abroad programs! We are looking forward to working with you as you prepare to study abroad. There are a few steps you’ll need to take now that you have been accepted into your program, outlined below. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.
Attend a Logistics Orientation
All accepted students are required to attend a Logistics Orientation. These sessions are held virtually and cover general study abroad logistics, finances, housing, travel arrangements, and more so that you can make an informed decision regarding your participation. Each session will cover the same material, so you only need to attend one of the available sessions. You can register for one of our upcoming sessions here.
Confirm Your Participation
Once you have attended a Logistics Orientation and feel you can make an informed decision about participating in one of our programs, you’ll need to officially accept or decline the offer. There is no cost to confirm your place, but please review our Student Cancellation Policy before making your decision. Most of our programs have waitlisted students who would like to attend, so we ask that if you do not wish to participate, you officially decline the offer so we can offer your spot to someone else.
Accessing Your Status Portal Page
You can access the Reply to Offer of Admission Form through your Status Portal. Your Status Portal Page serves as a centralized hub for the post-acceptance forms that you need to complete.
