NYU Housing
NYU dorm housing, located at Weinstein Hall (5 University Place, New York, NY 10003), is available for SMPC attendees. Weinstein Hall is just a 3-minute walk to the main conference venue and is made available at a very attractive price given its central location:
- Single room: $100/night
- Shared room: $68/night (you may specify a preferred roommate and NYU will do its best to accommodate you)
All rooms (both single and shared) have shared bathrooms. Shared rooms accommodate two people.
Earliest check-in date for dorm housing is August 3. The latest check-out date is August 9. NYU housing is restricted to people 18 years old and above and is not suitable for families with children.
Booking must be completed as part of conference registration. Conference attendees may bring their spouses/partners; the same rates apply for these guests. A special “discount code” is required to reserve housing for non-conference attendees spouses/partners. Contact smpc2019general@gmail.com to obtain this code. The deadline for requesting dorm housing is June 21.
See registration page for more details.
