The registration site is now available (link below). Please take special note of the following before registering:
Dinner cruise. The main social event at SMPC 2019 is a Circle Line dinner cruise around Manhattan. Food and drinks (plus open bar) are included in the ticket price. An extra ticket for an adult family member or friend can also be purchased. Connect with your fellow conference attendees while enjoying a great meal and scenic views of New York City! Tickets are available on the registration site through July 25.
Questions or problems with registration. If you have any questions about the registration site or a problem with your registration, use this contact form.
Dorm housing. NYU dorm housing is available for all conference attendees. Conference attendees are also permitted to bring a spouse or partner who is not attending the conference to share dorm housing. The same fees apply to the guest and a special code (“discount code”) needs to be entered when the “Spouse/Partner” registrant type is selected. In order to obtain this code, please send an email to smpc2019general@gmail.com. For more details on dorm housing, see the accommodations page.
Special hotel rates. There are a limited number of rooms available for a special discounted rate at the Washington Square Hotel, which is very close to the conference venue. Reservations for discounted rooms can be made here. For more details, see the accommodations page.
Important deadline to note: June 21. All presenters must register by June 21. This is also the last day to sign up for dorm housing and special rates at the Washington Square Hotel.
SMPC membership. Conference registration rates are lower for SMPC members. You can sign up for membership here.
