Users of all supported Macs and other Apple devices, are advised to update all devices in order to patch a spyware zero day vulnerability that’s being actively exploited.
Please update as follows:
- Macs running Ventura (version 13) => 13.2.1
- Macs running Big Sur (version 11) and Monterey Version (version 12), get an update dubbed Safari 16.3.1
- iPhone version 16 => iOS 16.3.1
- iPad version 16 => iPad 16.3.1
- Apple Watch version 9 => 9.3.1l
- Apple’s TV platform => tvOS16.3.2
To check your version and update your Mac, go to the Apple menu > About this Mac > Software Update.
On other Apple devices, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
If your devices are running versions earlier than the above listed, it is not clear whether Apple will issue updates. The recommendation is that you periodically check the following Apple Support page.
