The Bar is a luxury women’s clothing retailer offering a variety of gowns, dresses, tops, bottoms, and accessories.

The Bar was created for the women who love to get dressed up and appreciate the finer things in life, like a really beautiful, well made dress.

Creative Time

For nearly 50 years, Creative Time has commissioned and presented ambitious public art projects with thousands of artists throughout New York City, across the country, around the world—and even in outer space. Our work is guided by three core values: art matters, artists’ voices are important in shaping society, and public spaces are places for creative and free expression. We are acclaimed for the innovative and meaningful projects we have commissioned, from Tribute in Light, the twin beacons of light that illuminated lower Manhattan six months after 9/11, to bus ads promoting HIV awareness, to Paul Chan’s production of Waiting for Godot in New Orleans, and much more. North American Congress on Latin America

NACLA is an independent, nonprofit organization that has been a leading source of English-language research and analysis on Latin American and the Caribbean since 1967. Our mission has always been to publish historically and politically informed research and analysis on the region and its complex and changing relationships with the United States. We use our quarterly print magazine, the NACLA Report on the Americas, and our web platform nacla.org as tools for education, advocacy, dialogue, and solidarity. NACLA is housed in NYU’s Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies.

NYU King Juan Carlos I Center

The King Juan Carlos I of Spain Center promotes research and teaching on Spain and the Spanish-speaking world at New York University, including free public programs for a general audience that highlight the history, politics and cultures of the Spanish-speaking world.
Academic
Encourage inclusion of the Spanish-speaking world in areas where traditionally it has been marginalized, such as European studies, philosophy, politics, and economics.
Provide an intellectual home for US scholars interested in the Spanish-speaking world.
Support NYU students and faculty with an academic interest in the Hispanic world, while strengthening Spanish, Latin American and Latino studies at the University.
Cultural
Serve as an important cultural resource for New York City by celebrating the rich history and cultures of Spain and Latin America through free seminars, exhibits, lectures, and the like.
Act as a liaison among Spanish, Latin American and US cultural organizations and individuals involved in academia and the arts.

Atamian Hovsepian Curatorial Practice

Atamian Hovsepian Curatorial Practice was established in 2022 with a focus on post-conceptual and experimental art. Our mission is to represent extraordinary contemporary art created by underrepresented voices including women, LGBTQ+, and artists of color.

Based in New York City, the practice enjoys a global network of artists and curators. It aspires to become a space where alternative thought and new pluridisciplinary lines of thinking (Afrofuturism, Armeno Futurism, AI etc…) will have the luxury to grow and be challenged.

Atamian Hovsepian Curatorial Practice believes in the power of art to transform society one individual at a time, and in its ability to help achieve social justice for all people.

In keeping with this vision, the practice collaborates with universities, museums and other institutions to curate a diverse array of inclusive art exhibitions, workshops, readings, film screenings, and podcasts.
