That Sustainable Company
That Sustainable Company, founded by two Yale alumni, creates branded products for universities and businesses using sustainably sourced materials. We blend nature and business, luxury and sustainability, quality, and transparency through our thoughtfully designed products.
Our journey began by offering an alternative to traditional private label merchandise, subtly showcasing our client’s brand identity while creating goods that do good.
Recognizing the issues in the corporate gifting industry, we prioritize quality over quantity. We source high-quality, sustainable gifts, from alternative plant-based leather goods to eco-friendly items, ensuring they meet our standards of sustainability and transparency.
As a growing community, we invite you to join That Sustainable Company and be part of a movement that values sustainability and authenticity in every product we create. We really are that sustainable.
Traditionally, corporate gifts have been kitschy items with a short lifespan. Many of these products are made from plastic and non-biodegradable materials that spend only a year or two in our homes and thousands of years in landfills. According to the World Economic Forum, corporate gifts contribute to nearly 40 million tons of plastic waste in the US every year.
Our mission is to assist corporations and universities in reducing their environmental footprint by providing customizable, sustainable products that enhance their identity and show that they are branded with a purpose.
We meticulously source each product, tracing the value chain back to the raw materials to ensure complete transparency.
Our existence is rooted in our rigorous supplier selection criteria: we strive to find the highest quality products, produced under the best conditions with the least environmental impact.
We focus on durability by offering products that people genuinely want. Thoughtfulness and design excellence are at the heart of our selection process, ensuring that every item is both beautiful and sustainable.
