Heroes Model Management was born in September 2015 from a desire to bring back talent to the forefront of Fashion amidst a climate of overcrowding. Heroes has already established itself as one of the world’s leading independent agencies.
Embracing the various strengths of the models we represent, we have focused our management on the current dynamic of Art and Commerce, and fought the notion of the ‘disposable model’. Our belief is that the new face to watch today should also have the opportunity to be the icon of tomorrow.

Nora Gardner LLC
Nora Gardner is a women’s professional workwear brand based in New York City. The company was founded by Nora Gardner, who recognized a need for stylish, comfortable, and functional work clothes after working in finance. The brand focuses on providing versatile, mix-and-matchable pieces, often crafted from wrinkle-resistant and machine-washable fabrics, designed to transition from the boardroom to other settings according to ACG New York and Nora Gardner. Nora Gardner also has a bespoke uniform business, partnering with hotels and airlines. The company emphasizes sustainability through near-shoring production in the US and utilizing recycled materials.
Kate Young Studio
Kate Young is a New York-based stylist. Her celebrity clients include Dakota Johnson, Scarlett Johansson, Julianne Moore, Michelle Williams, among others. On the commercial side, she has consulted for Armani Exchange, Tod’s, Halston, and Ann Taylor and styled campaigns for Dior, Joie, Guerlain, Carolina Herrera, Theory, CoverGirl, Victoria’s Secret, Pantene, and Olay. Formerly she served as the Fashion Editor at Large for Interview. She’s also styled editorials for i-D, Numéro Japan, Porter, Glamour, and InStyle. Kate frequently collaborates with photographers such as Cass Bird, Steven Meisel, David Sims, and Annie Leibovitz.
