We participate in the entire process, from developing personalized funding pathways to delivering expert grant-writing support all the way through reporting. RAR was founded in 2022 by Harrison Nir, a creative producer, sound artist, and grant-writer passionate about supporting artists and organizations towards financial resilience.
Community Development
Flushing Town Hall
Now in its 46th year, Flushing Town Hall (FTH ) serves the NYC community as an arts council, and as an arts, culture, education, and performance space. For over four decades, our mission has been to unite our global community through the transformative power of art. Housed in a historic town hall in Flushing, a landmark built in 1862, FTH honors Queens as the home of Jazz by presenting its finest performers, while also showcasing dance, visual arts, theatre, and music from every corner of the globe. As advocates for arts equity since 1979, we platform the voices that shape our world: the local, the immigrant, the emerging, and the renowned. We believe in the power of partnership and collaboration to break down barriers and build understanding.

Creative Time
For nearly 50 years, Creative Time has commissioned and presented ambitious public art projects with thousands of artists throughout New York City, across the country, around the world—and even in outer space. Our work is guided by three core values: art matters, artists’ voices are important in shaping society, and public spaces are places for creative and free expression. We are acclaimed for the innovative and meaningful projects we have commissioned, from Tribute in Light, the twin beacons of light that illuminated lower Manhattan six months after 9/11, to bus ads promoting HIV awareness, to Paul Chan’s production of Waiting for Godot in New Orleans, and much more. In partnership with a variety of well-known cultural institutions and community groups, we have commissioned art in unique landmark sites from the Brooklyn Bridge Anchorage, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Governors Island, and the High Line, to neglected urban treasures like the Lower East Side’s historic Essex Street Market, Coney Island, and New Orleans’s Lower 9th Ward. We are committed to presenting important art for our times and engaging broad audiences that transcend geographic, racial, and socioeconomic barriers.
Cozmos
Here in Cozmos, we are exploring Storefront Culture in the heart of the East Village right by Tompkins Square Park. Our goal is to turn advertising budgets into community building opportunities that connect the neighborhood and support independent artists. We have worked with NYU students in the past to exhibit their artwork and curate unique experiences in our boutique space in the East Village.
