Description of Internship: The Talent Research & Recruiting Intern will support the talent team and play an active role in researching and sourcing talent for open positions with our clients across a range of disciplines including Graphic Design, Art Direction, Fashion Design, Marketing, Digital, E-Commerce, Strategy, Production, Account Management and Project Management, among others. The Intern will also support the leadership and recruiting team with outreach, scheduling and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Source talent and prospective candidates for open positions across all verticals using LinkedIn, Social Media/Instagram, Industry Publications (WWD, Business of Fashion, Fast Company, etc.) and other talent platforms;
• Review incoming resumes/portfolios, and identify qualified talent;
• Schedule phone, virtual and onsite interviews for recruiters;
• Update candidate files/information in ATS/candidate database;
• Assist with social media strategy and management;
• Shadow BOND executive team;
• Conduct general client/industry/market research
