Description of Internship: This is a flexible internship focusing primarily in the merchandising department of our company. We are looking for 3-4 strong candidates to assist merchandisers in the day to day work of compiling the 30+ lines we produce here at Peerless Clothing. Interns must be available a minimum of 8 hours per week with a consistent schedule. This internship can be paid or qualify toward credit depending on the student’s needs.
Start dates are flexible depending on the students’ need for credit and individual college requirements. The ending of the internship will be coincide with the end of the academic semester.
The internship will be held in Peerless Clothing’s New York offices at 641 Lexington Avenue, 12th Floor, New York NY 10022.
Office hours are subject to COVID-19 restraints. With safety continuing to be a top priority, proof of vaccination is required for all employees, interns and guests .
Applicants are ideally a rising senior or junior, with an interest in pursuing a full-time position in merchandising, sales or media. Applicants traditionally have an educational concentration in fashion merchandising, product development, fashion business, or fashion design; however, all ages and majors are welcome to apply.
