What You’ll Do
Our Talent Operations Intern will support the CEO as we find great talent and foster meaningful relationships with leaders and hiring managers, providing a valuable partnership experience for everyone involved, every step of the way. Our day to day includes focus on talent acquisition, client management, and project management.
Talent Acquisition
Support leadership on full-cycle executive + senior search projects.
Research competitive landscape for each open role, help create strategy for sourcing, and identify qualified candidates.
Incorporate target demographics into sourcing strategy. We aim to close the gender and racial gap and want to keep this top of mind in our work.
Support leadership on initial phone screens and write up candidate notes and summaries. Gain insight into each candidates’ career ambitions + goals and how they align with current or future opportunities.
Send candidates follow up messages with additional details about opportunities and stay in touch throughout the process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Project Management + Client Management
Manage expectations around talent targets/timelines to keep everyone aligned.
Oversee calendars and timelines, scheduling meetings to stay on track.
Ensure consistent communication and swift responses to team and talent.
Coordinate with colleagues about any similar job openings to ensure the right candidates are matched with the right opportunities.
Support on social media, posting about client and candidate activity via LinkedIn and Instagram channels to connect opportunities to our network.
