Things to know
- All events are first come, first serve. Rain or shine. Events are subject to change.
- Unless indicated otherwise, events are for residents of NYU Faculty Housing who must provide valid photo identification with current address if requested by management.
- Advance reservations may be required for events with limited space. RSVP forms open as early as two weeks before the event and forms close seven days before the event or once maximum capacity is met.
- Age restrictions or requirements may apply to events or activities.
- Parents or other guardians are expected to provide supervision of minors in their care at all times. Activities at your own risk.
- NYU provides reasonable accommodations to people with disabilities for events. Requests for accommodations for events should be submitted two weeks in advance of the event. Please email facultyhousing.events@nyu.edu for assistance.
- Notice of photography. Please be aware that by entering an event area, you consent to your and/or your child’s, voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, tapes, and photography, and you release New York University from any liability on account of such use.
- For pet events, owners must observe all rules including cleaning up and disposing of pet’s waste, keeping pets on leash, off grass and lawns and out of planting beds.
