Outdoor Movie Screening: The Incredibles

Residents enjoyed free popcorn and an open-air screening of The Incredibles (PG), an action-packed animated feature about an undercover superhero family who save the world.

Kids had a blast making your own masked disguises and superhero caped lollipop treats, both activities offered by B2 Events.

World Cup Final Fan Fest

Residents joined soccer fans all over the world to watch the live broadcast of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Final in Moscow, Russia.

Residents viewed the matchup between France and Croatia and enjoyed light refreshments of these countries traditional foods brought to us by neighborhood purveyors of international fare.

A selection of Viennoiserie from Mille-Feuille Bakery: Croissant, Pain Au Chocolate, Pain Aux Raisins, Almond Croissant, Blueberry Almond Croissant

Offerings from Kafana included Cheese Pie (Gibanica) and Spinach Pie (Zeljanica) as well as Minced Skinless Sausages with Pita-Bread and Cheese Spread (Ćevapčići na lepinji sa kajmakom)

Residents enjoyed sweet treats!

Melt options included the Lovelet, the Cinnamax, and the Classic.

La Newyorkina flavors included mango chile, passionfruit, coconut and cucumber lime.

Seasonal flavors from people’s pops were served.

The Backyard Picnic

Location: The Backyard, Washington Square Village

Residents enjoyed lawn games and lunch on the grass provided by Grey Dog. Menu included classic favorites such as Tuna Salad and Italian Pasta Salad, and Grey Dog originals such as Pulled Brisket on Brioche. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options were available.

Lawn games included cornhole and croquet!
