Community Events on Pause, Spring 2020

Community Events on Pause, Spring 2020

As you may know, the University at this point has shut down all non-essential functions on campus including events like our NYU Faculty Housing Happenings. We are disappointed that our spring community events are not able to move forward as planned due to the Coronavirus outbreak, related restrictions and social distancing. We plan to bring our outdoor community events back online as soon as we are able to in accordance with health guidelines.

With PAUSE orders in place in New York State as of March 22 asking us all to stay home, we are providing this list of enriching activities that you can do at home. If you need a break from working, homeschooling, organizing your closet, binge watching or another activity that’s keeping you busy these days, please have a look.

These are some of our favorite articles and pages that serve as “clearinghouses of information” including ideas, resources and useful links. Many of the articles are continually updated even by the day. These links should keep you going for a while but we plan to periodically update this page if we have new information.

This is by no means an exhaustive list! So if you have come across other great information to share with others, please send for review by emailing facultyhousing.events@nyu.edu.
