Ph.D. level positions (for Spring and Fall 2017):
- We have received several NIH and NSF grants, and are looking for strong Ph.D. students for Fall 2017. The potential candidates should have a background in computer vision and machine learning.
- The NYU Video Lab is always looking for strong Ph.D. students to join our group.
Ph.D. students will address specific problems within the areas of medical imaging (including segmentation, classification, and prediction), computer vision and machine learning.
Ph.D. student candidates are expected to have a solid research experience in some of the above areas and have a B.S or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, or Biomedical Engineering.
Compensation includes full tuition coverage and a competitive stipend.
Interested candidates are encouraged to submit, as soon as possible, a curriculum vitae, a list of three references, and a cover letter including a description of prior research experience, by email to Prof. Yao Wang. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the available positions are filled.
