“POWERFUL LEARNERS AND CRITICAL AGENTS” Sreyashi Jhumki Basu.

Approach of this research paper is quite different, as a teacher I learned “Never think students are just waiting for knowledge to be filled with”. She suggests us in opposite way; students should be viewed as individuals who can contribute to the classroom, sharing and gaining knowledge from each other. Teachers need to use various methods/approaches in order to reach every student. Student needs stage wise motivation because we know that not all students learn in different way. First always give them an opportunity to express themselves and find out the interest of the student, suggest them to set up their own goals on their own conceptions and visions.

The desired to learn new ideas is called knowledge agency. Most of the young students act effectively and develop deep understandings in content knowledge if the subject is in the set of their interest, no matter how hard to achieve their goal. They want immediate engagement; try to explore something new and creative hands –on agency. They always try to create their product unique and original, they are ready to do research and as a teacher need to show the right path. Their commitments and scientific inquiry uplift their understanding and motivate them to articulate their own knowledge in life related field. Acquiring academic skills, devotion, conducting research independently established themselves as scholar and leader.
