Presenting the keynote address at the International Conference on Geomatics in Civil Engineering (April 5-6, 2018), Prof. Debra Laefer had the opportunity to travel to the Indian Institute of Technology at Roorkee where she also met with members of the local civil engineering community and attended a cultural program embedded within the conference. She looks forward to future opportunities with the Indian Civil Engineering community.
