Technically, as soon as you have created your content it is copyrighted. Does that mean no one will try to steal it via download or screenshot it if you post it online? No, but it is yours and if they try to make money off your product, you can sue them. You always have the option to formally register your story for copyright. Here is a GOOD ARTICLE about it. It’s not required but always smart.
