Albert Account Request Management Application

A workflow application that allows a select group of authorized individuals to request administrative accounts for Admin Albert, Brio – EPM and the Internal Memo Management application.  Based on the level of account access requested, several workflow steps take place, including sending training notifications to the requester, approval notifications to different departments and FYI notifications to others.  This application was designed in-house from the ground-up to meet all the special requirements of the SIS account request process.
