See the pages below for IT resources for new community members and an overview of the wide range of NYU IT services, organized by role.
NYU ServiceLink offers a wealth of support resources for services provided by NYU IT and by many NYU schools and departments. Additional services and departments are being added on an ongoing basis. To explore ServiceLink—which includes a University Services Catalog, extensive internal and public-facing knowledge bases, and support request forms—visit www.nyu.edu/servicelink.
If you have a question about or would like to suggest a change or addition to the University Services Catalog or ServiceLink knowledge base, please contact the IT Service Desk.

Onboarding Guides
Many departments and schools at NYU have created guides to help acclimate employees to their new workplace. Please note that not all IT groups within NYU has a guide available and that some of these guides will require you to log in with your NetID and password.
