Samantha Simons is a rising senior at Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School in New York City who has been interested in theater production and technical design since eighth grade. Since then, she has been involved in sound, light, and set design, as well as directing and stage management. Samantha loves working in her school theater to devise and design shows, and likes being part of a community that produces something greater. She is honored to be part of the 2020 NYU Tisch Summer High School Production and Design program. In addition to theater, she loves playing tennis, exploring New York City and abroad, and dogs.
