Ann Neumann: Today the Heritage Foundation — called the most influential conservative think tank in DC with more than 600,000 members and formidable corporate (and foreign government) funding — announced the formation of what it’s calling an advocacy organization that will harness “grassroots energy to increase the pressure on Members of Congress to embrace The Heritage Foundation’s policy recommendations.” It’s got green; does that mean it’s “grassroots”?
