Conference Background
The Conferences on Human Capital Innovation in Technology & Analytics have been organized annually since 2012 within the Department of Technology Management and Innovation at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Each year these Conferences focus on a different critical issue, bringing together prominent thought leaders and experts who are at the cutting-edge of Human Capital Analytics and related technologies.
This year’s critical issue is “Workforce Transitions: Reskilling in the AI Era.” Organizations have been rapidly redefining work to capitalize on innovative AI applications. The workforce of the future will need to be AI literate. Workers will need to learn new skills if organizations are to benefit from the transition to an AI-enabled workplace. This conference provides a unique chance to hear thought leaders from industry, consulting, and academia explore what new developments in AI imply for skill requirements in the workplace of the future. In the audience will be executives, managers, and professionals—from AI and people analytics specialists to HR generalists, as well as faculty and students from various disciplines. This is a valuable opportunity to learn from leading experts to understand how organizations can reskill their Human Capital and benefit from the Era of AI.
