This study will be conducted by Dr. Zhaoxi Zhang, Faculty fellow, at the Center for Urban Science + Progress, Tandon School of Engineering, New York University; and supervised by Assistant Professor Qi Sun, Tandon School of Engineering, New York University, and Assistant Professor Luis Ceferino, Civil and Environmental Engineering at UC Berkeley.
