Week 13 – Trash Can

Week 13 – Trash Can

This might be a bit of an anticlimax. The penultimate output is yet another in the long line of simple cylinder objects that I can make fast. But in that sense I see this as a bit of a milestone. My first output, took me two hours to create. I was looking into tutorials, learning new systems, and googling stuff as I went along. This was largely uncharted territory and now, after all these weeks, I can do it all in thirty minutes. This week’s post is based off of a trash can.

That’s not to say this week was simple, the geometry of the holes and legs took me a good bit. It’s not the most complicated one yet but that’s mostly due to finals coming up. I want to end this series big and that meant putting more focus into it. I don’t want to spoil anything but I want it to be the culmination of everything I’ve done so far.
