NYUSPS Center for Applied Liberal Arts Fall 2019 Film Series– Fragile Earth: Environmental Films Around the World.
In Fall 2019, the Center for Applied Liberal Arts will host an international film series addressing today’s most pressing environmental issues. From population growth and urbanization to climate change, the films in this series present different perspectives on the biggest threats to the environment and reflect on possible solutions and pathways for a sustainable future for the planet and its inhabitants. This series is held in conjunction with CALA’s film studies courses which can be seen at https://www.sps.nyu.edu/professional-pathways/topics/film-and-tv/film-studies.html. PLEASE NOTE : Each RSVP is for 1 person. For any questions or changes in reservations, please contact us at (212) 998-7061 or sps.cala@nyu.edu . RSVP does not guarantee admission if space is full. Films include Earth (2019), When Two Worlds Collide (2016), More than Honey (2012), and Tomorrow (2015)
