Who are we?
We are NYU Generative Audio & AI, an interdisciplinary research group focusing on the emerging bridge between music technology and artificial intelligence. Comprised of undergraduates, graduates, and PhD candidates, NYU GenAudio & AI hosts skill building sessions, innovative research projects, creative hackathons, and industry panels with companies such as Udio, Lemonaide, Audacity, and others.
Goals?
We aim to expose members to the research innovations of generative audio and music technology. This will be done by teaching literacy in the fields of artificial intelligence for generative music, and conducting several innovative projects each semester.
