Interpersonal task: Ask students to discuss with a partner, think about other things Lei Feng can and we can do to help others and add them into the list.
Presentational task: Two pairs form a group. In each group, students discuss with each other and write a new paragraph with the same form of sentence 5-8 based on the list. In other words, they identify another good behavior of Lei Feng and write a paragraph based on that. Then they present the paragraph to the class. E.g. one student read the new paragraph to the class, while the others perform the scene of it. They may also draw things (e.g. 弯弯的小路) in the performance. They will need the verbs for the actions of helping and the adjectives and nouns for a description of the environment.
Provide each student a short passage of Lei Feng’s life story. Ask a student to make a list about the good things Lei Feng has done in the passage. The list should be made on a piece of paper provided by the teacher. The list starts with the two good things explained in the story as an example (The two are provided by the teacher).
