If you’re someone who enjoys reading think pieces about health fads, you’ve probably read a thing or two about the new trend of gluten-free diets. Whichever side you’re on about whether gluten is bad for you or not, however, you can surely enjoy the latest online effort to avoid breads and grains: the Gluten Free Museum.
The Tumblr takes famous images, from The Simpsons to American Gothic and, as the name implies, cuts the bread out of it. It could seem like a bit of a jab at the gluten-free crowd, but the work is done so well it’s more a feat of photo editing than anything else.
