Milton Brandt, a seasoned financial executive with a remarkable 33 years of experience spanning various industries, including retail, consumer goods, petrochemicals, and heavy machinery. Over the past 19 years, Milton has held CFO positions, demonstrating his prowess in finance and business strategy.
Having lived in diverse countries across Europe and Latin America for more than 11 years, Milton has enriched his perspective as a business leader. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of finance areas, including hard finance, business partnering, strategy, M&A, and investor relations.
Milton’s extensive career includes roles with reputable organizations such as Walmart de México y Centroamérica, where he currently serves as the CFO Senior Vice President since January 2022. He has also been a member of Grupo Big Audit Council. With a bias for action, resilience, and a passion for business, Milton’s contributions to finance and strategy have been exceptional.
His experience ranges from finance leadership at Walmart, where he held the positions of CFO Senior Vice President for Walmart Mexico and Central America, to Unilever, CNH Industrial, Lactalis, and Rhodia. He has excelled in matrix structures, team development, and international assignments. Milton’s diverse background and impressive accomplishments make him a distinguished speaker in the world of finance and business.

Finance for Marketing Decisions
This is part of the Finance for Marketing Decisions class taught by Benaroya. In this class, students learn about Finance by choosing a company and acting as if they were the company’s financial executives. Each week, they decide whether to increase prices, reduce headcount, go public, and expand into new markets. Senior executives join as Guest Speakers to share how they make business and career decisions.
