Attentional and Perceptual Foundations of Economic Behavior

The Sloan-NOMIS Program 2017 Inaugural Symposium and Retreat – Travel and Reimbursement

Participants in the Sloan-NOMIS Program are responsible for booking airfare and ground transportation for travel to the Doral Arrowwood Resort. Information about how to reach the Doral Arrowwood Resort can be found on the ‘Venue’ page. NYU’s reimbursement policies will cover travel expenses. Information will be provided separately regarding hotel arrangements, which will be handled by NYU. Meals are included in the event; no reimbursement is included for food expenses incurred while traveling. At this time, all participants’ profiles in the NYU iBuy system have been set up for reimbursement – thank you to everyone for your cooperation and expediency!

Please note that it is the policy of the NYU Economics Department to reimburse ONLY for economy class fares purchased at least fourteen days in advance. Please book your airfare early!

Please remember to include in your reimbursement request submission, if appropriate, a detailed itinerary of your flight detail and costs, as well as the boarding passes associated with those flights. Ground-transportation-related receipts should be itemized as well. All receipts should be as detailed as possible.

To submit your reimbursement request, please attach a cover sheet itemizing the amounts you wish to be reimbursed, along with scans of all your expense details. This should be emailed to sloan.nomis@gmail.com.
