- Refer to Arrow No.1, a personal zoom account will just show a Zoom logo, while an NYU Zoom account will show the NYU Logo.
- Refer to Arrow No.2, a personal zoom account will show that User Type is “Basic”, while an NYU Zoom account will show “Licensed”.
- Refer to Arrow No.3, a personal zoom account will show a mailbox icon, while an NYU Zoom account will show an SSO icon.
- You have to free your netID email address from the regular Zoom account. To do so, please sign in to https://zoom.us/ sign in with your netID email (not SSO option) as Email address and your own Password. If you forget your password, you could use Forget Password function to reset it.
- After signing in, go to Profile, change your sign-in email to one other than the netID email address and save the changes.
- After the change is done, please go to https://nyu.zoom.us/ and use the third option to log in again, it should work this time.
With the correct NYU Zoom account signed in, you should be able to view the recordings on your NYU Brightspace course site.
