Testing Screenshots:
As for this project, my partner and I are mainly responsible for a different part: I mainly draw and paint, he handles the browser part.
Description:
This project is inspired by the Detective Pikachu as well as the game Pokemon Go. In this story, the main female character investigated a haunted building together with Pikachu and find the truth behind this event. It’s an interesting detective story including some thrilling element but also a warm story, as the reason for the enemy Banette threatening passers-by is to protect his previous home. The storyline and scenes are mainly designed by me and the lines are detailed by Ying.
Working Process:
As I have no experience with Pokemon go before and not clear about it. I did a great deal of research when this project is about to start.
After that, I begin to design the main character’s appearance:
the male version is discarded in the end due to the time limitation.

Backgrounds & Passers-by:
Almost all of these painting assets are designed and drawn by myself. The reason why I do that is to make this story more readable and attractive.
As for the coding part, I added the interactions part that the readers could click on the objects to set off the important plots in the story and read the extra scenes. Though time is not enough, I’ve tried a lot of ways to approach the expectation since the original coding structure that my partner made is hard to edit, luckily, with some methods, the final version does make it. But it still needs to be improved, of course. For example, the audio part.
